Final notice — $45 million per municipality

I present to you the landmark historic case that will go on to bankrupt 30 municipalities for 45 million dollars in damages — and that is per muni. The only departments I am not suing specifically are St. Ann and St. Louis City proper. The other 28 that erased my records are currently trying to pre-plan for the fallout. Every officer or employee that participated in their capacity — every single human on the list of over 200 — is specifically being sued as an individual and in their capacity. No, you will not get around 3 Supreme Court landmarks that will blow qualified immunity all the way out of the window. And then I am invoking the Monell doctrine on every municipality because they provided all the resources and no oversight. 200-plus humans with power are going to be deposed and put on the witness stand one by one. I am not even considering any kind of offer. We are going to federal trial. I am going to drag the offenders all the way through a three-way 11-count-plus indictment all together in a conspiracy, state and federal court, starting on the civil side. Once I make every one of you get on the stand and tell the court how all 200 of you over the past 10.5 years solid have operated this way, the facts will qualify for criminal federal charges to also follow.
