Have I Been Flocked.

This dossier is about municipal force, cameras, and the 88-city map. Flock is the commercial ALPR layer sitting on that map. Vehicle descriptions, plates, and VINs from journals are not published here.

Public search of Flock Safety ALPR audit logs released through open-records / FOIA. Enter a plate. See whether an agency searched it — not merely whether a camera saw it.

The dataset is incomplete. Few governments release the logs. A hit means an operator searched that plate in the Flock app or site. A miss means nothing: the logs may not have been produced.

Vehicle descriptions, plates, and VINs from the journals are not published on this site.
